Water Street Property Development

We're not the best experts on this, nor is it in our core mission. But this plan for development on the river and on the edge of downtown includes bringing downtown Chicago type height, bulk, density and crowdedness to Naperville to a degree that exceeds even recent downtown developments. As we understand it, it includes a 5 story tall building 10 yards from the river, one portion 8 1/2 stories tall, making the streets 9' narrower in order to fit in more bulk etc. Moreover their "addressing traffic" consists of generating more traffic and narrowing the street. We're not experts on this, but here is more definitive information.
